David Hockney:

David Hockney's Dog Days book is a perfect example of taking a subject and making a project out of it, the book contains all of Hockneys paintings and sketches of his two dogs Stanley and Boodgie. he has created countless paintings from different angles and positions which is something i have found  very significant and contributes well to my project. I like how there are some intricately done studies and others more loose but all have something special about them
