Juxtaposing the light floral, gucci bloom - esque photography with the back drop of 90s tv show 'Friends' screenshots creating an interesting photo collage and a successful series that could be printed large scale.... I tried to match colours from my photos with colours in the screenshots so it wasn't completely random. This reminds me of John Stezaker's postcard/film still photo collages.

I do think these photo collages are successful and work well particularly because of the square formatting and the fragmentation of the portrait photographs and the flower motif is visible and consistent in all compositions. i hope to carry the floral idea throughout my project somehow.
