Being on social media sites i am constantly introduced to different artworks and styles and always inspired to try out new techniques. Recently there has been a lot of collaged pieces going round and i wanted to experiment some stuff of my own. i wanted to test of opacity and experiment with light and shadows as well as double exposure. Tracey Emin is one of my favourite artists and incorporates text into her pieces so i did with some of these pieces.
My project has turned into a lot of neutral, pastel, pink colour based works so i chose to do a bold primary colour piece with shapes just as something a bit different and i do like it as a piece but it isn't really something i want to extend further as i am more interested in the pink aesthetic.
